Escape is one of the most successful and respected CG academies in the world. They were looking to build on this reputation by offering their courses through an interactive online learning platform.
As the primary Actionscript Developer on the project Dan was involved with the in-house design and development teams from an early stage to help build out the architecture and interface that supported the flash media player at the heart of the system. Course information was delivered and updated via dynamically served XML files. Video was streamed via Velocix and made use of their FMS security tokens.
